These terms are intended to support clarity around how this work is offered and held. They reflect the structure, boundaries, and care that shape the learning environment.
This work is grounded in a relational approach to the Akashic Records. It moves away from prediction or performance, and toward developing a steady and responsible way of engaging with what is received. The Records are approached as a space for insight, reflection, and understanding, where clarity unfolds over time through practice, experience, and integration. While this work can support personal growth and perspective, it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
All materials provided within courses, programs, and trainings — including videos, recordings, written content, guided practices, downloadable resources, handouts, and supporting materials — are provided for the enrolled participant’s personal use only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, uploaded, sold, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.
Course access and account credentials may not be shared with another person.

Access to program and course materials is provided through your account in the course portal, created at the time of your first registration.
Depending on the offering, the portal may include course videos, guided practices, downloadable materials, class schedules, links for live sessions, recordings, and other supporting resources.
For programs with live sessions, recordings are generally made available within three business days following each session.
Course materials are guaranteed to remain accessible for at least 365 days from the applicable registration or program start date, unless otherwise stated on the individual course page.
Course materials may be revised, reorganized, updated, or replaced from time to time without individual notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core content or access promised during the guaranteed access period.
After the guaranteed access period, courses and materials may also be archived or discontinued at the instructor’s discretion.
Certain features, such as live support, question submission, group sessions, or other interactive components, may be available for a more limited period. When applicable, the access period for those features will be stated on the individual course or program page.
Participation in live and self-paced courses requires access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device capable of accessing the course platform, streaming video and audio, opening downloadable materials, and, when applicable, joining live Zoom sessions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their own internet service, device, browser, software, audio/video settings, and other technology are adequate for participation.
Technical difficulties related to a participant’s personal device, internet connection, software, or local settings do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If a technical issue appears to be related to the course platform or materials themselves, please reach out so the issue can be reviewed.
The following requirements apply only to courses and trainings that lead to certification in the Pathway Prayer Process© (PPP) curriculum. Certification requirements differ by course and are provided on the respective class pages.
For certification courses with live-session requirements, live attendance is required for at least 67% of sessions. Participants are expected to engage in class discussions, complete paired readings with partners, and participate in guided exercises during each class. When applicable, written homework must be submitted by the designated deadline.
If a student misses a live session, they are required to complete the assigned work as instructed by the instructor. This includes watching the class replay and submitting a written report to confirm they have viewed the replay and completed any related exercises within the instructor's specified timeframe.
Completion of the formal Teacher Training is required prior to teaching PPP in any form. Teaching PPP prior to certification renders an individual ineligible for future training within the Company’s programs.
Full payment is required to confirm your place in a program unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payment-plan installments must be completed before the first live session of the program. In the event that a payment schedule extends beyond the start of a program, all payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
If a payment becomes overdue, course access, participation in live sessions, progression into subsequent portions of the program, and issuance of any certification may be suspended until the account is brought current.
If an overdue balance remains unresolved, participation in the program may be discontinued and access to course materials may be removed, subject to the refund and cancellation terms applicable to that program.
Access to self-paced courses is generally provided immediately following successful payment unless otherwise stated on the course page.
Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel your registration at least 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit.
For most certification classes, the non-refundable deposit is $100.
Journeying Into the Heart of the Akashic Records includes both Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner certification and therefore carries a $200 non-refundable deposit.
Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours’ notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request.
Cancellations, credits, refunds, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class or after the first live session has begun.
Non-Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel your registration at least 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a $50 non-refundable deposit. Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request. Cancellations, credits, refunds and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class and after the first live session has begun.
Self-Paced & On-Demand Courses:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, minus payment processing fees, provided you have not accessed the course materials. For self-paced and on-demand courses, access is defined as viewing any course video, guided practice, lesson content, or downloading course materials. Once course materials have been accessed, purchases are non-refundable.
Bundled Courses with Live Sessions:
Provided that course material have not been accessed, you may cancel your bundle registration up to 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session of the first course in the bundle to receive a refund, minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per live certification course and $50 per live non-certification course.
If you access course materials before canceling, and do so more than 72 hours before the first live session, your refund will be recalculated based on how much material you accessed (course video views, downloaded course materials), minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per live certification course and $50 per live non-certification course.
If you request a class transfer more than 72 hours before the first live session, your tuition will be recalculated at the non-bundled rate, which may result in an additional balance, plus a $25 administrative fee per transfer due at the time of the request. Cancellations, credits, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class or after the first live session of any course in the bundle has begun.
Live Introductory Experiences
Live online · ~60–75 minutes
Because these offerings are held in small, live containers, your registration reserves a place in the space.
If your plans change, you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to reach out. When possible, I’m happy to offer a transfer to a future session.
Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund.
Refunds, when issued, are processed minus any payment processing fees.
