These terms are intended to support clarity around how this work is offered and held. They reflect the structure, boundaries, and care that shape the learning environment.
This work is grounded in a relational approach to the Akashic Records. It moves away from prediction or performance, and toward developing a steady and responsible way of engaging with what is received. The Records are approached as a space for insight, reflection, and understanding, where clarity unfolds over time through practice, experience, and integration. While this work can support personal growth and perspective, it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Some programs and trainings may be recorded for educational and future teaching purposes.
By registering, you consent to the use of these recordings, which may include your participation (audio, video, or chat).
You are always welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you — including keeping your camera off, participating via chat selectively, or reaching out in advance if you have a preference.

Access to program materials is provided through your account in the course portal, created at the time of your first registration.
Within the portal, you will find class schedules, course information, downloadable materials, links for live sessions, and recordings (when available). Live sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
For programs with live sessions, recordings are generally made available within three business days following each session.
All program materials — including recordings, downloadable handouts, and supporting resources — will remain accessible for at least one year (365 days) from the start of the program.
For on-demand programs, materials are accessible for at least one year (365 days) from the date of registration.
Certification requirements differ for each course in the Pathway Prayer Process© (PPP) curriculum and are provided on the respective class pages.
In all cases, live attendance is required for at least 67% of sessions. Participants are expected to engage in class discussions, complete paired readings with partners, and participate in guided exercises during each class. When applicable, written homework must be submitted by the designated deadline.
If a student misses a live session, they are required to complete the assigned work as instructed by the instructor. This includes watching the class replay and submitting a written report to confirm they have viewed the replay and completed any related exercises within the instructor's specified timeframe.
Completion of the formal Teacher Training is required prior to teaching PPP in any form. Teaching PPP prior to certification renders an individual ineligible for future training within the Company’s programs.
Full payment is required to confirm your place in a program, unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered. If a payment plan is selected, all payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to program materials.
Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel your registration at least 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit.
For most certification classes, the non-refundable deposit is $100.
Journeying Into the Heart of the Akashic Records includes both Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner certification and therefore carries a $200 non-refundable deposit.
Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours’ notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request.
Cancellations, credits, refunds, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class or after the first live session has begun.
Non-Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel or transfer your registration at least 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a $50 non-refundable deposit. Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request. Cancellations, credits, refunds and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class and after the first live session has begun.
On-Demand Recorded Classes:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, minus credit card fees, provided you have not accessed the class materials. For on-demand content, access is defined as having viewed any module video or downloaded course materials.
Bundled Courses with Live Sessions:
Provided that course material have not been accessed, you may cancel your bundle registration up to 72 hours (3 days) before the first live session of the first course in the bundle to receive a refund, minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per live certification course and $50 per live non-certification course.
If you access course materials before canceling, and do so more than 72 hours before the first live session, your refund will be recalculated based on how much material you accessed (course video views, downloaded course materials), minus credit card fees and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per live certification course and $50 per live non-certification course.
If you request a class transfer more than 72 hours before the first live session, your tuition will be recalculated at the non-bundled rate, which may result in an additional balance, plus a $25 administrative fee per transfer due at the time of the request. Cancellations, credits, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class or after the first live session of any course in the bundle has begun.
Live Introductory Experiences
Live online · ~60–75 minutes
Because these offerings are held in small, live containers, your registration reserves a place in the space.
If your plans change, you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to reach out. When possible, I’m happy to offer a transfer to a future session.
Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund.
Refunds, when issued, are processed minus any payment processing fees.
