Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Companies web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • a) modify or copy the materials.
  • b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Companies web site.
  • d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Course Content and Access

To access the class portal, you will use the account that is created during your first course registration. After signing in, you will find the class schedule, course information, quizzes, downloadable handouts, links for live classes, and class recordings (when available). Live classes are conducted on Zoom unless stated otherwise.

Class Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel  your registration at least 72 hours before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a $100 non-refundable deposit.  Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request.  Cancellations, credits, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class and after the first live session has begun.

Non-Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
You can cancel or transfer your registration at least 72 hours before the first live session to receive a refund minus credit card fees and a $50 non-refundable deposit. Class transfer requests submitted with more than 72 hours notice are available with a $25 administration fee, due at the time of request. Cancellations, credits, and transfers are not available within 72 hours of the first live class and after the first live session has begun.

On-Demand Recorded Classes:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, minus credit card fees, provided you have not accessed  the class materials.

Refunds requests are processed within 3 business days, although returned funds may take longer to appear in your financial account depending on your financial institution.

Certification Requirements 

Certification requirements differ for each course in the Pathway Prayer Process© curriculum and are provided on the respective class pages.

In all cases, live attendance is required for at least 70% of sessions. Participants are expected to engage in class discussions, complete paired readings with partners, and participate in guided exercises during each class. When applicable, written homework must be submitted by the designated deadline.

If a student misses a live session, they are required to complete the assigned work as instructed by the instructor. This includes watching the class replay and submitting a written report to confirm they have viewed the replay and completed any related exercises within the instructor's specified timeframe.

Content Access

Certification and Non-Certification Classes with Live Sessions:
Recordings will be available within three business days after each live session. All class content, including recordings and downloadable handouts or worksheets, will remain accessible for at least one year (365 days).

On-Demand Classes:
Class materials (including recordings and downloadable handouts or worksheets) will be accessible for at least one year (365 days).

The materials on Companies web site are provided 'as is'. Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Companies Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Companies web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
