What Are the Akashic Records?

Why I Hold This Work the Way I Do

I created this 12-week immersive journey because this practice changed how I live inside myself.

It taught me how to listen without force.
How to trust what arises.
And how to work with the Akashic Records as a relationship, not a performance (which, I’ll admit, was a relief).

This isn’t fast or flashy work.
It’s devotional. It’s steady.
And for those who feel called, it often becomes a quiet turning point.  

I first encountered the Akashic Records during a period when I was searching—sometimes desperately—for answers to a stubborn health challenge. At the time, my focus was very practical: How do I fix this?  Preferably yesterday!

What unfolded was something deeper.  

As I began working in the Records, I experienced more ease in my body over time. But what surprised me most wasn’t just the physical shift—it was how clearly the practice revealed layers of self-judgment, criticism, and denial I hadn’t fully seen before.  

The health issue brought those patterns to the surface. The Records didn’t rush to “solve” them. Instead, they met me with patience, clarity, and compassion. And in that steady, non-judging presence, something unexpected happened:
I began to soften toward myself.  

Working in the Records deepened my capacity to meet myself with more honesty and more kindness.
Over time, I found it easier to accept who I was in the moment—not as a problem to fix, but as someone worthy of care, even in uncertainty.  

This journey didn’t erase my challenges overnight. What it offered was something more sustainable: a new way of relating to myself. One rooted in acceptance, curiosity, and trust.  

The Records became a place where I could listen deeply and receive guidance—not just about symptoms or circumstances, but about my inner landscape.  

Over time, this practice became less about finding fixes and more about cultivating a relationship with myself that could hold both the questions and the answers. This orientation is explored more fully in a longer reflection.

I don’t share my story as a promise or a prescription. I share it as a glimpse of what’s possible.

Preparation to Read for Others

Some people come to the Akashic Records for personal clarity.
And some arrive because a quieter knowing is beginning to stir.

A sense that one day—not now, not rushed—this way of listening may be something they offer to others.

While this program can absolutely be taken for personal growth alone, it also lays a clear, ethical foundation for eventually reading the Akashic Records for others — when and if that feels aligned.

The Certification Pathway - Why Advanced Practitioner Training Matters

Over the years, I’ve watched many students complete Practitioner training and begin offering readings professionally—often without realizing that certain aspects of this work require a deeper level of preparation.

Advanced Practitioner training is where students learn how to work responsibly with more complex dimensions of the Akashic Records, including energy healing within the Records, clearing unwanted ancestral patterns, and resolving past-life influences—areas introduced in the second half of Linda Howe’s How to Read the Akashic Records.

These dimensions are meaningful and nuanced. They are not meant to be approached casually. They ask for steadiness, discernment, and a well-developed relationship with the Records, along with clear ethical boundaries and the ability to hold space for others.

By including Advanced Practitioner training as part of this program, students are supported in developing the maturity, confidence, and embodied presence required to hold these kinds of sessions with care. This ensures that those who choose to work with others are not only capable of opening the Records, but prepared to meet what may arise once they are there.

Practitioner Certification is awarded as part of the journey, marking that a student has established a consistent and ethical method for opening and closing the Records.

Advanced Practitioner Certification reflects something deeper: 
• Readiness to serve others with steadiness and discernment
• The ability to remain present without collapsing, fixing, or advising
• A mature relationship with the Records that prioritizes the client’s sovereignty

Including both certifications ensures that those who choose to serve professionally are properly prepared, not prematurely positioned.

How Journeying Into the Heart of the Akashic Records Is Structured

This journey is held as a live, relational learning container — one where practice, integration, and ethical preparation matter just as much as the material itself.

Rather than moving quickly through content, we move deliberately, giving you time to build a real relationship with the Records and with your own way of listening.

The core program includes:

• Six live online sessions covering the full curriculum for both Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner Certification, including teaching, discussion, and guided practice in your own Akashic Records and with fellow students. (Yes, you’ll be in the Records a lot — on purpose.)
• Two dedicated practice sessions focused on honing your reading skills with classmates in a supported, low-pressure environment where learning matters more than polish.
• Ten practice readings completed outside of class, with written reflections and individualized feedback from your instructor to support discernment, clarity, and integration.
• Two homework-focused Q&A sessions designed to address the real questions that arise once you begin practicing and reading for others (the good ones, the confusing ones, and the “wait… is this normal?” ones).
• Downloadable PDF handouts to support your learning and ongoing reference long after the program ends.
• A required quiz, not as a hoop to jump through, but as a way to ensure certification standards are met with clarity and integrity.
• Community discussion and peer support, offering space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others walking a similar path.
 • Quarterly Q&A sessions for 12 months following program completion, providing continued guidance and support as you integrate this work beyond the classroom and into real life.

Course Schedule

Live Online Sessions are scheduled to occur on Fridays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (Denver time), starting on Friday, March 20, 2026, and continuing weekly until June 5, 2026, excluding April 10 and May 22, 2026.
