A lovely initiation into the heart of the Akasha. Grateful to be guided by a wonderful teacher like Amy. Anyone would feel a lovely sense of resonance with her methods. She holds space to connect to the practice by acknowledging each individual's unique experience, and harmonising energies into a grounded, beautiful way to engage with the concepts and exercises outlined by Linda.
